If you have dental insurance, please provide us with all the appropriate forms from your insurance company. We will be happy to take care of the paperwork at no charge to you. Although fees are due at the time of your visit, we will do everything we can to help you plan fee payment for long-term treatment. Please discuss any special arrangements with our office staff.
We are pleased to offer Care Credit to our patients. Care Credit is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $300 to $25,000. Offering outside financing allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
