Richard Covey, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Richard Covey completed his undergraduate education at the UW - Whitewater and went on to Marquette University Dental School
to pursue his dream of bringing to the people of his hometown, "quality dentistry delivered by a caring and compassionate professional."
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1969 and served his country for two years, as a Dental Officer in the United States
Navy. A native of Fort Atkinson, he opened Highland Dental Health here in 1971 and he and his wife, Betty, have been actively serving
in the community since then.
Reflecting his high professional standards and level of skill, Dr. Covey holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, is an
Alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and completed a Dental Implant mini-residency. As an active member of
many professional organizations, Dr. Covey has immediate access to the latest research and most effective technologies in dentistry today.

With a strong commitment to preventive dentistry, Dr. Covey and his staff are active participants in Children's Dental Health month and the
Jefferson County Headstart Program.
Endowed with sincerity, initiative, and strong character, Dr. Covey has served in leadership positions with the American Cancer Society and
is an active member of the Fort Atkinson Chamber of Commerce and Bethany Lutheran Church.
